Highlands Chamber of Commerce
Ashley Brown Strategy has stepped in as interim Marketing Director for the Highlands Chamber of Commerce, creating a strategic 12, 24 and 36 month marketing plan for the Chambers' tax dollar spend. Ashley Brown Strategy is also building the Marketing Departments asset library, overseeing their new website and coordinating the creation of the Chamber's marketing materials.
Ashley Brown Strategy worked with Hale’s Jewelers to manage their marketing strategy, e-blasts, social media, PR, and marketing implementation in addition to coordinating sponsorships, networking opportunities, and on-site events for the store such as their annual SYNNEX; Share the Magic.
Ashley Brown Strategy was introduced to Chef Johannes, former Executive Chef of Old Edwards Inn during last year’s Highlands Food & Wine Festival and jumped at the opportunity to assist Chef Johannes in the marketing of his new Sapphire Valley restaurant aptly named Library Kitchen + Bar. ABS handles all social media and assist Chef Johannes in creation of marketing materials, flyers, PDFs, web management, photography and PR to ensure that his noteworthy restaurant is always the star of the show.
ABS has handled Library Kitchen + Bar’s marketing from October 2016 to present and in that time has successfully launched a beautiful social media campaign featuring artistic photos (produced by ABS) that showcase the entire menu and feel of the restaurant. In addition we have worked with a web design firm to launch the new website, and further develop the restaurant’s brand. With over 50 five star reviews in six months, we think that the Library Kitchen + Bar’s talent speaks for itself and it’s a pleasure to work with creatives such as these.
Ashley Brown Strategy was pulled in two months before the newly re-branded Highlands Food & Wine Festival was launched in celebration of their 10th anniversary. ABS’s responsibilities were strictly social media at the beginning, but when opportunity arose to create and send e-blasts, assist in marketing and help facilitate photography and videography during the Festival, we couldn’t help but seize it. We are now on our second year of partnership with Eleven Events (Festival producers) and are serving as PR Director for the Highlands Food & Wine Festival managing PR relations, story pitches, facilitating interviews, writing articles, create press releases, launching e-blasts, managing social media and social ad buys and writing blogs and articles in regards to the Highlands Food & Wine Festival.
Our aim for 2018 Highlands Food & Wine is to help place the Festival as a top Food & Wine Festival in not only the Southeast, but also the nation. This year, ABS will be present on site during the Festival overseeing all the aforementioned responsibilities with a four person team to ensure the upmost speedy responses to all media inquiries and ensure that Highlands Food & Wine receives the praise and press that it is worthy of.
